We are based in Abbotsford, B.C., but work in the Fraser Valley as well as Surrey, Burnaby, New West, Delta, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, etc.

About these Positions
We are looking for Field Service Technician - Journeyman Certificate for long-term positions. To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. The focus is on Institutional, Commercial and Light Industrial sectors. We always offer advancement for the right skill set individuals.

Greater Lower Mainland / Fraser Valley

$35 - $40 Experience Depend

Specific Duties include:

Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Will be provided company vehicle that will be kept at home
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications


Key Requirements:

Journeyman Certificate
Valid drivers licence
5 years of previous related experience
Proven field service experience
Projects in Fraser Valley, Surrey, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, etc.
Clean criminal record
